Currently, neither the paper remittance nor the PC Print program provided by your intermediary contain all the information provided in the new ANSI 835 electronic remittance file, so much of the information regarding your payments and adjustments remain a mystery. PC Print Plus allows you to view or print this valuable information to find out exactly what you are being paid on the APC and HCPCS code level. You also get full descriptions of adjustments at the charge level, the reason codes, and the amounts. This information will let you finally know your reimbursement for these services that are summarized in your current payment documentation.

For several years we have had a replacement for PC Print Plus, our web based version of the product, 835Direct.  We have added many features to this product that are not available on the Windows based product.  PC Print Plus will not be supported after the end of 2009.  Please contact us if you wish to switch to 835Direct.
